Could be. [she may very well try for her own amusement just the once, but that's for a little later. instead, they have hit the edge of the sand and she's careful as she steps down onto it, stopping shortly just to take in the ocean and the setting sun.]

I think it's easy for people to feel embarrassed after something drastically changes. Aventurine came to tell me that he wasn't in love with Cloud as soon as their thing wore off. [which was funny but also it's not lost on her that that was the last conversation they had.]
It's not a bad strategy to try and pinpoint based on that. It's a little of what we were talking about, too. [her and aventurine.] If we could decide who might've interacted with the people affected or even think about something said to them, it might help us trace back to who used the powers. I don't think I'm that surprised people are using them though. If we can only tell three people per week what our monster is, that's still a lot of people who don't know. Especially if you don't have to tell anyone. You could get away with a lot just because no one suspects you.
