anyway this is...a fair point. if you're destined for one thing, you would think to not try beyond that. but...that's exactly what they did, isn't it? they defied the destined path. and now they're out in the world, hunting down someone who wants to destroy their planet and doing their best to also monitor the ongoings of a company who also wants to hurt the planet so their own means.]
...my whole life has been spent knowing that who I am was someone who wasn't going to be considered normal. And every time before now that I tried to forget, or tried to live beyond that, something would happen and I'd be reminded that nothing would change. But recently things did change. Not so much about me, but around me. Even being who I am, I've found friends that I love who've loved me back, and I've gotten to see more out there than I ever thought I could. And...now we're here. I don't want this place to be one of those reminders. [the ones that send her crashing back down.]
