If it's only Daan tomorrow, that's four. They brought Camille back to their side. And Karlach...they're going to have to find something. Keeping her in a bubble isn't a full-time solution, but they have to figure out what to do with her partner, too. It's a mess.

Let's save the academy for another day then. It might be a lot for him in one go. [and also cloud.] We can take him to the park? Go a few times around the lake and then we can head back.

[yeah here's the thing, that nat (2)0 rizz is coming in clutch because watching the baby hop and cloud actually talk to it does make her smile and visibly brighten a little. things are awful, sure, but they have each other. she has cloud. cloud will be there for her, and he's healing and won't leave just yet.

Riding a motorcycle is part of SOLDIER training. And I didn't tame that dolphin.

[she stops them long enough to turn his face toward her and give him a short kiss. quick study! and then she continues onward.]

Yeah, but you have to admit it's not the kind of dancing somebody could expect just from looking at you. [it was beauty and grace and truly in her face.]
