We'll keep trying. Maybe we have to splice up the message across multiple letters and make them put a picture together. Something that isn't dumping all of the information in one place to one person.

That's a good start. At least we know what works, so we can keep trying something similar and build from there. There aren't too many of us here who would write informational letters, so we can probably ask who it was. If they have specific instructions, it can't be too hard for them to follow right?
