...I think a few of us need to learn to understand that better. [people who do their jobs well, who reach out to others constantly, but at the same time often are stretched so thin that they're not even sure who or what they are anymore.]

I wouldn't be opposed to an overnight change, but realistically, probably one day at a time, yeah.
