Right. People might start looking for their partners, or at least trying to figure out how their powers work. Could get pretty messy pretty fast. [in a way she thinks it could be a little interesting to at least try to figure out what's available that might be able to help. in practice, she's pretty sure a lot of people are going to be feeling A Way tomorrow. she will look back on these feelings tomorrow when we inevitably have some insane effect and also wish it were more simple.]
I asked War what sort of rewards would be granted if people did find their matches. I might ask one of the others, too, just to understand a little better. But right now it didn't sound worth the risk of losing someone else if something happens to us. Or the other way around.
And the wish is just for them. [it's not even for the people they brought in, so that's even less incentive, she thinks.] "Altercation within the parameters of the dimension and world from where you came and an upgrade in power." That's what they said would be ours if we found a match.
