Well...we lived under the plate. The upper side of Midgar was the city where you could see the sky and feel the rain and everything. But the underside where we were only got some light and not much of anything else.

It was possible to go up there, but the people who lived where were those who could afford it. Mostly Shinra employees, or members of the Shinra army if they were lucky.
Yeah. [fucking capitalism...] But it wasn't so bad. We all got by with what we had. But it was nice to see how everything grows so naturally outside once we left Midgar.
We left a little while ago before we came to this place. We've been traveling for some time...that's actually how we met Yuffie. She's from a different part of the world and we met a few times before we officially joined us.
